Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The objective is to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It plays a key role in ensuring that marketing strategies are executed smoothly and deliver measurable results.

It also involves the creation of application programs that reside on remote servers and are delivered to users’ devices over the Internet. This includes the ability to develop web-based applications using modern web technologies, such as setting up and using databases, building server-side applications that respond to HTTP requests, and creating client-side applications that provide an engaging experience in web browsers.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of HTML, Java, and CSS. In addition, good communication skills are essential. Preferred candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in template development and maintenance, along with hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Familiarity with any CMS platform, the ability to build responsive or fluid designs, and flexibility to work in shifts are also important. Strong written and spoken English skills are required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will analyze and resolve low to moderate complexity issues.
  •  You will primarily collaborate with team members and update supervisors on progress.
  •  Interaction with clients or higher management may be limited.
  •  Daily tasks will come with moderate guidance, while new assignments will include detailed instructions.
  •  Your decisions will mainly affect your own work but may also influence the work of your team.
  •  You will work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on specific responsibilities.
  •  This position may require working in rotational shifts.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to clearly communicate issues with relevant stakeholders. A solid understanding of UI principles, cross-browser compatibility, and standard web functionalities is essential, along with knowledge of JavaScript prototypes. The role also requires effective team coordination skills and adaptability to different shift schedules. Experience in designing and delivering web-based platforms used across multiple products or business units will be beneficial. Hands-on experience with any CMS platform will be considered an added advantage.
